On Sunday 14 November, the Grade 7s departed on their camp adventure.  Our first stop was the Lion Park.  We all boarded the metal game vehicle and managed to see cheetahs, wild dogs and lion feeding.  After our lion experience, we continued our trip to our chalets in Magalies Park.

At Magalies Park we enjoyed many activities such as canoeing, karaoke, hikes, tie-dye, jumping pillow, movie nights and mini golf.  One of our favourite activities was spending a whole day at the water park, where we ran around non-stop enjoying the various water slides.

After our two night stay, we packed our bags and with a heavy heart we left Magalies Park.  But our fun didn’t end there.  On our way home we made a quick stop at a Strawberry Farm and we enjoyed delicious strawberries and milkshakes.

We arrived at home safely with smiles on our faces and happy memories.  This camp was truly amazing and one to remember. Thank you to Mrs Rowan and Ms Pearson for making our dream camp come true.
